Whee! Finally, a Korean product again. I was getting a little antsy over featuring so many Western products when this was supposed to be a Korean beauty blog. This time, it's The Face Shop's Soft Cream Blusher in Pink. Now that I have used up this blusher entirely, I do actually miss it. The only reason why I am not repurchasing it is because I have two other pink blushers, one of which is a liquid blush, and I have forbidden myself from buying duplicates. Ugh. Let me tell you why I liked using this so much. I am rather fair with neutral undertones, meaning I can do both warm and cool toned blushes. This blush in particular is a rather cool toned baby pink that in my opinion would look amazing on people with cool undertones. Though, if you are warm toned and like to use cool toned blushes for striking effect, by all means do not discount this little gem.
Due to its creamy formulation, it blends in very well. The way I would use this is to apply your base makeup, then this blush, and then set the whole shebang with a dusting of setting powder. However, I am sure that it would also work really well over foundation without setting powder, to give you dewy, beautiful skin. I found that it really melts into skin, giving an almost ethereal, airbrushed effect that looks absolutely stunning. In terms of longevity, I also thought it looked great as the day wore on. As you can tell: This blush gets two thumbs up!
