Today's review is Beyond the Remedy's Root Therapy Toner. Is anyone else irritated by that font? I couldn't figure out whether it said remedy or remady, until I realised that it really says remedy but in a really hipstery style. All of their products seem to have that same signature scent, which is one of the best aromas I have ever smelled. Rather gentle but a bit herbal and medicinal at the same time. The toner goes on soothing and lightly hydrating. It's great for when you want to prep your skin with a bit of refreshing moisture, though I personally would still apply serums, essences, ampoules, moisturisers, oils and/or sunscreens after this toner. I believe in layering hydrating products, and this is a solid step up.
A full bottle sets you back around KRW 20 (ca USD 18) at my local Lalavla or Olive Young, which is not too bad for a big bottle of 250 ml of product. I enjoyed using this and would repurchase this if it weren't for so many other options in this country that pique my interest. It was very nice but I am always on the lookout for that one magical toner that will leave me breathless :D.
